1. Personal use
Runway is a personal, non-commercial budgeting tool. You may use it only to aggregate and analyze your own financial accounts.
2. Not financial advice
The budgets, allowances, and insights shown are informational estimates to help you plan. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
3. Bank connections
Access to your bank accounts is provided through Enable Banking, a regulated Open Banking provider, under the PSD2 framework and subject to their terms. You authorize each connection directly with your bank and can revoke it at any time.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure and for the accuracy of any data you enter manually. Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
5. Availability and "as is"
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data will always be complete, accurate, or available, as this depends on your bank and third-party providers.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or from reliance on the figures it displays.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
